Built and designed by Pascal BROSSARD - a master of his craft for the last 40 years - Ricco is a hybrid high-end amplifier, assembled by hand with carefully chosen components, ensuring a charming reproduction of any sound source with an authentic and lively sound texture.
Specially designed to pair with our Mentē, it will also ravish any tube sound lover in need for some serious power for their speakers. Combining new and old technology, Ricco is taking the best, leaving the rest!

In our preamp stage, we utilize the renowned 1626 Tube, also referred to as the 'Baby 300B', due to its striking similarities with the original 300B, known for its depth and incredible musicality.
By diverting the original use of this small power tube and using it in a preamp section, we managed to give the signal a warm but distinguished character with a ton of headroom!
The tube's power is filtered with Mundorf components, acclaimed for their sound quality and reliability.
In the amplification stage, we utilise the Danish Ice Power cards, which are currently regarded as one of the most effective in this field of technology.
The amplification circuitry induces very low distortion while delivering substantial power in a highly dynamic manner, with excellent woofer management.

That's why our amps are powered by a high end custom electrical transformer made by one of his close friends, Eugène. This toroidal transistor reduces the noise ratio and feeds our amp and preamp with the cleanest power possible.
