High efficiency Hi-Fi speaker
A few years ago we designed a pair of Hi-Fi DJ monitor able to match the listening experience of our sound system. It received so much approval from the DJ’s that played on it, often describing it as the best experience they had in a DJ booth, that it gave us an idea : the Mente.
Focusing on the physics of sound and analog circuitry, we spent over 2 years carefully selecting and crafting components with the idea of creating a loudspeaker capable of seamlessly blending high fidelity and powerful sound.
The result ? Our 2 way flagship delivers an immersive high end listening experience from the comfort of your living room to the excitement of a DJ booth, or even as the main speakers of small capacity clubs (even more when paired with a subwoofer), with one main objective : deliver emotions through sound!

Bass needs to rock the place, and that's why, in collaboration with Cyrille Pinton, who worked with Supravox & Musique-Concrete, we designed and built our very own woofer! This tailor-made 15" is truly one-of-a-kind, going from 40Hz to 700Hz with unnatural ease.
Its lightweight construction and rapid movement contributes to a superior impulse and stransient response, giving it exceptional bass and mid-range analysis capacity with minimal distortion at high volumes.
Combined with the bass reflex load of our tightly braced cabinet, it’s the optimal mix between tightness and presence, precision and musicality.
Following an extensive research and development process that spanned over a decade, our horn was developed by Marc Henry, founder of La Grande Castine and Kornhent.
During this period, Marc tested over 30 different combinations of materials, including bee wax, for his horn with various expansion curves and sent them for test to audiophiles all over the world.
He selected the Le Cleac'h expansion for its exceptional impulse response, diffusion capacity and chose plaster to minimize internal resonance. It’s pairing with a precise 2’’ compression allows for tight mediums and airy highs, capable of reproducing deep and natural soundscapes.
We enhanced the musicality out of the Mente by developing a high end passive crossover with a 6db slope to achieve optimal alignment and a smooth blend between the woofer and the compression.
Based on high end condensators and self, this filter is designed to naturally smoothen the compression while maintaining precision and respecting the dynamics. The combination of our custom woofer and this Duelund self gives an incredible detailed presence in the bass and mid frequency range , all in a very musical way.
